A dentist in Rotterdam is charged with forcibly touching female patients under his care, State Police said. Izzo, of Nelson Avenue, Schenectady, was arrested Tuesday morning as he arrived at his office at 3049 Broadway in Rotterdam, State Police in Princetown said.
